v1.4 release: 5/11/2020

Major update!

After 6 extra months of dev time, the new BIG content update v1.4 is here for Offroad 2089. car count was bumped up from 2 to 4. track count from 1 to 4! It's like a total overhaul to the game, more of everything!

New features and polish:

-Paintjobs
-Improved boost effects
-Improved physics
-Improved graphics & rendering
-Improved gameplay
-Improved menus
-Improved camera
-Crash mechanics
-More explosions
-More fair & better AI
-More cars (4 cars)
-More tracks (4 tracks)
-More events (10 events)
-A full soundtrack (30 tracks total)
